5 Iphone Photo Apps Every Mom Needs
Photo taking, photo organizing, photo journaling, photo editing… there’s a bazillion apps to choose from for these and more. But which ones are the best and how do you choose.
Today’s post is all about my faves and why every busy mom should have them in her arsenal. Here are my five go to apps when I’m printing, documenting and journaling…
- Snapseed. This app is my favorite for photo editing quickly. It offers a wide range of advanced editing tools, including selective adjustments, healing, and brush tools. Snapseed is great when you have deeper editing to do and the photos app native to your phone just won’t cut it.
- Photos for iPhone If you have an iPhone, this app is one that has a deep well of features and learning the ins and outs will serve you well in your family journalistic ventures! I continue to learn the capabilities of this app and because it’s native to iPhone it plays nice with all of the other IOS devices. ( ex. if you have a quick note to add to a photo so that you don’t forget something, you can add it right on the photo in the app! )
- Notes This app may not be specifically designed for photography, but it can still be a great tool for documenting your life. The app allows you to create text notes, you can add photos and videos, and I will often use it to add a quick voice to text note for later. You can also organize your notes using folders and tags, making it easy to find what you’re looking for.
- Transcribe I just started using this app and I love it for longer forms of journaling when I’m on the go and don’t have time to sit down and write my thoughts. I simply hit record and then transcribe it to text to print on photo paper and slip into my album!
- Pic Collage This is the app that I use to put borders on my 3×4 photos and arrange them on a 4×6 canvas so that I can print them on 4×6 photo paper. I’ve tried a lot of methods and have found this app to be the simplest.
Overall, these four apps offer a range of features for capturing and preserving your memories. Whether you’re wanting to up your photography game or just love to document your daily life, these apps are worthy of a go. Give them a try and see which one works best for you!”
